Weekly Classes & Chair Yoga

 

My friendly, light-hearted & playful classes offer a blend of creative movement, breathwork and meditation, allowing you to explore how yoga can benefit your body and mind.

Vinyasa Yoga

Postures (physical movements) are creatively sequenced so you move from one to another seamlessly, while bringing awareness to your breath. 

​

Vinyasa yoga can be physically challenging, allowing you to build strength, balance and focus while the meditative movement calms the mind.

 

The class is suitable for beginners and options are given throughout so you chose what best suits you.

Gentle Flow Yoga

Experience a joyful and uplifting start to your day with my Gentle Flow yoga class.

​

Postures (physical movements) are weaved together so you flow from one to another at a steady pace. 

 

The postures involve moving up and down onto the floor, a range of standing, sitting and balancing postures (using the wall as support, if needed).  All allowing for greater mobility, strength and flexibility.  

​

This is a mixed ability class and is suitable for complete beginners.

Chair Yoga

I’m passionate about making yoga accessible and sharing the benefits to all. 

 

I teach regular Chair Yoga sessions to Residential & Nursing homes in Romsey. 

​

My classes provide a welcoming and supportive space for people of all ages and abilities to come together and enjoy the physical and mental benefits of yoga.
